Kate Mulgrew Will Join Radcliffe and Griffiths in Equus
|
Playbill reported that Kate Mulgrew has been cast as “Hesther Saloman” in the upcoming Broadway production of Equus which will star Harry Potter actors, Daniel Radcliffe (Harry Potter) and Richard Griffiths (Uncle Vernon Dursley).

Kate Mulgrew is familiar to science fiction fans for her role as “Captain Kathryn Janeway” in the television series Star Trek: Voyager, winning Golden Satellite and Saturn Awards for that role. But she is quite familiar with the New York stage by appearing in the following productions: The American Dream/The Sandbox, Iphigenia 2.0, Our Leading Lady, Tea at Five, Black Comedy and Titus Andronicus . She also has appeared on the London stage in The Exonerated.
Equus will be appearing at The Broadhurst Theatre on 235 West 44th Street in Manhattan, NY. The dates are September 25, 2008 – February 8, 2009.
