South Wales Evening Post posted an article that Jason Isaacs was currently in Rhode Island and New York to film the second season of the American TV series Brotherhood. The actor, who is known for his role as “Lucius Malfoy” in the Harry Potter films, had been asked if he plans to see Daniel Radcliffe (Harry Potter) make his Broadway debut in Equus by Peter Shaffer during his stay in the States.
"I won't see him on Broadway because I'll be back in England," Jason said at the premiere of his new film, Good, at the Toronto International Film Festival. "I didn't get to see him in London because I was on stage the same time he was on stage.
"But you know, because I have to work with him again and again and again, I'm not sure I want to go watch him naked."
In spite of being known for his roles in the Harry Potter films, the BBC series The State Within, as well as Brotherhood, Mr. Isaacs claims people rarely recognize him.
"I virtually never get recognised, which is fine by me because I still get to work all the time, and I get to try to be different every time I'm in front of the camera or on stage, and that's the ideal state of play," he said.
"I've been around people who are very famous, quite a lot in my life, and their life and their work is quite heavily compromised by that. As long as I can put food in the fridge and keep my kids in education, that's all I need to do."
