Warwick Davis Speaks of Deathly Hallows
|
Warwick Davis, who portrays Professor Flitwick in the Harry Potter films, recently spoke with MTV about Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows.
For his part, Davis is positively thrilled that the whole sequence won’t get shortchanged, thanks to a recent decision to split the seventh novel into two feature length films.
“I think that’s a good idea because when you try and squeeze these quite lengthy novels into a two-hour movie, a two-and a half hour film there is gonna be stuff that’s left out,” Davis enthused. “There’s so much in the last book, I think it’ll make two really good films. It’s worthy of that.”
Note that the article states that Mr. Davis portrayed Griphook in the films which is incorrect. |

Warwick Davis to Appear at Disney's MGM Studios
|
Warwick Davis (a.k.a. Professor Flitwick) will be appearing at the Star Wars weekend 2006 at Disney's MGM Studios in Florida. His appearance is part of Disney's Star Wars weekends, that will also include many other actors from the Star Wars films during May and June.

Happy Birthday, Warwick Davis!

Today is Warwick Davis' 35th birthday! Warwick Davis portrays Charms teacher, Professor Flitwick, in the Harry Potter movies.
He has also updated his official site, stating that he is finished with filming Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire. At this point, I can't tell you anything of my work on the film, but as always, it was a great honour to be part of it. The release date is set for November 18th , 2005. See you in class!
