<description><![CDATA[Dan Radcliffe won two Theatregoers' Choice Awards from <a href="http://whatsonstage.com/index.php?pg=207&story=E8821203624757&title=Full+List%3A+Your+Theatregoers%92+Choice+Award+Winners" target="_blank">Whatsonstage.com</a> for his stage role in <i>Equus</i>.  The first was the DEWYNTERS London Newcomer of the Year and the second for the AKA Theatre Event of the Year for his publicity shots with the play.  When accepting, Dan <a href="http://www.rte.ie/arts/2008/0225/radcliffed.html" target="_blank">described</a> his role in <i>Equus</i> as one of the greatest experiences of his life.  "I'm truly delighted and thank everyone so much for voting for me," He said.
