In the clip, Despereaux (voice of Matthew Broderick) meets Roscuro (voice of Dustin Hoffman). They mention Watson's character, Princess Pea in their discussion of loyalty, honor and "devotion to a princess who was trapped inside a castle." (according to narrator, Sigourney Weaver).
